Chengli WANG is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Government and Public Administration, University of Macau. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, USA, an M.A. in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and law, and a B.A. from Beijing Normal University of Public Administration. Prof. Wang’s research interests lie in the intersection of experimental political science and comparative politics. His current research focuses on information technology and media politics, especially political rumors and fake news, information manipulation, and the global digital divide. His work has appeared in various academic journals, including Comparative Political Studies, the International Journal of Press/Politics, and International Affairs.
