Dr. Zhao Boyuan is Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the University of Macau. He earned a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from Florida International University (USA), master of Public Administration in Public Administration from the University of Georgia (USA) and bachelor of Management in Urban Management from Renmin University of China. His work has been published on major public administration journals, including Government Information Quarterly (GIQ) and Public Budgeting and Finance (PB&F). He has won the Digital Governance Junior Scholar Award of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) as well as the best doctoral award paper for the Southeast Conference of Public Administration (SECoPA) of American Society for Public Administration. His major research interests are e-governance, government innovation, urban policy, and quantitative methodology.
