Peiwen GUO is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration at the University of Macau. She collected her master degree in law from Sun Yat-Sen University and her bachelor degree with double majors respectively in law and education from South China Normal University. Her research focuses on organization behavior of social service in social governance She is hosting two research projects, “the Relationship between Teachers’ Social Network and the Faculty Learning Community in Higher Education” (funded by the Ministry of Education Fund of the People’s Republic of China) and “The Research of the Blended Learning Based on the Strategy of Move-learning Community in Higher Education” (funded by Social Science Association of Guangzhou). Moreover, she has already published around ten journal articles.
