Prof. Philip Siu is Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Government and Public Administration at the University of Macau. Prof. Siu is Associate Professor(retired) (2017) of Public Administration at the University of Macau and Programme Coordinator for the Escola Superior das Forças de Segurança de Macau (ESFSM), which provides training for the Macau SAR’s law enforcement officers. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from the Claremont Graduate School and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Professor Siu’s research focuses on economic development and Public Administration in Macau, relations between the central government and local governments in China, and United Nations reform. He is a frequent consultant to the Macau SAR government on administrative, and economic development issues.
